*Responsibilities*
- Oversee the overall academic and administrative operations of the school, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and educational standards.

- Supervise and mentor teachers and staff, conducting performance evaluations and supporting professional growth through coaching and development programs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe school culture that promotes student well-being, academic excellence, and social-emotional learning.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the school, parents, guardians, and the wider community, building strong partnerships and promoting transparency.
- Manage school budgets, resources, and facilities, ensuring efficient and effective allocation to support educational priorities.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and accreditation requirements set by education authorities.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives, including long-term visioning, goal setting, and data-driven decision-making.

- Represent the school at regional and national education forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree in Education Leadership, School Administration, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive leadership experience in an educational setting, including classroom teaching and administrative roles.
- Proven track record in curriculum development, staff supervision, and student achievement improvement.
- Strong understanding of national and state-level education policies, standards, and accreditation processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and operations effectively in a school environment.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and data management systems for reporting and performance tracking.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and ethical leadership in education.
- Valid teaching certification and administrative license (if applicable) as per regional regulations.
