What will you do?

Influence the product roadmap as a technical leader
Exploration and adoption of new technologies to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Technical guidance and mentoring to the Project teams on architecture and design.
Help enforce and/or tweak SLAs for existing deployments to improve efficiency.
Build and improve, and enforce processes to improve efficiency.
Build and guide the team for operational excellence.
Stakeholder management
Mentor junior engineers in the team.
What do we look for?

Must Haves
--------------
8+ years of experience in the VoIP domain.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Solid knowledge of VoIP domain technologies, including SIP, SDP, RTP, RTCP.
Solid knowledge of IP networking concepts, including L2/L3 routing, Subnets, VLANs,and NAT traversal.
Solid knowledge of network impairments and their impact on call quality.
Experience leading project teams to deliver critical software solutions.
6+ years of experience in building high-availability, scalable and fault-tolerant VoIP systems.
4+ years of experience in working with server-side VoIP applications like Asterisk, Kamailio or equivalent
3+ years of experience in working with a major cloud platform like AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure.
2+ years of experience in the design and development of REST-based microservices.
Experience in programming with one of Golang (preferred), Ruby, C/C++
Experience in scripting with shell and Python
Experience with data stores such as MySQL, Postgres
Good understanding of data structures, multi-threading and concurrency concepts.
Proficiency in working in a Linux environment
Experience working in Agile SDLC process
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
A "DevOps" mindset. You own what you will develop.
Good to Have

Experience with custom development on Asterisk/Freeswitch/Kamailio/Opensips is a plus
