versee engineering activities during construction and commissioning phases E
nsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines C
ollaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, consultants, and contractors S

trategic Input & Innovation

ontribute to business development by supporting proposals, client presentations, and technical strategy S
tay abreast of emerging technologies, market trends, and regulatory changes in the wind energy sector I
dentify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices S

takeholder Engagement
A

ct as a technical point of contact for clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams S
upport permitting processes and liaise with authorities on technical matters M
entor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence B
achelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Energy Engineering 1
2+ years of experience in wind energy project engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role P
roven track record in delivering large-scale wind projects in global environment. Experience of working on Middle East Projects/Clients will be an added advantage. P
roficiency in wind modeling tools (e.g., WindPro, WAsP, OpenWind) and grid analysis software will be an added advantage. S
trong understanding of IEC standards, HSE requirements, and project lifecycle management E
xcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills B
