Roles & Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Systems Management

o Oversee Windows servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure environments.
o Oversee system monitoring, deployment, backup & recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
o Ensure business continuity through robust infrastructure and BCP strategies.

Security & Access Control

o Implement and manage MFA, SSO, RBAC, and vulnerability assessments.
o Maintain user access protocols and SLA compliance.

Application Architecture & Integration

o Design scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures using .NET, SQL, and cloud-native technologies.
o Lead system integration efforts across internal and external platforms including EDI and FTP.
o Define non-functional requirements and ensure system verification and performance optimization.
o Coordinate software updates, documentation, and verification procedures.

IT Operations & Service Management

o Lead incident, change, and release management using ITIL framework and ITSM tool.
o Understanding of CMDB

Project & Program Management

o Drive IT projects including migration, integration, and cost-effective solutions.
o Facilitate requirements gathering, test planning, and UAT.
o Track project status, cost, and task assignments.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

o Analyze data and generate reports using BI tool.
o Support business data management and process optimization (Kaizen).

Communication & Vendor Relations

o Facilitate meetings, prepare technical presentations, and manage project communications.
o Engage in vendor management and IT procurement activities.

Required Skills

Knowledge on ITIL foundation any ITSM tool Experience with Windows, SQL Server, Azure, .NET Framework and system integration Proficiency in BI tools and technical documentation Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Proven experience in application architecture and enterprise systems design Good understanding of Security standard/protocols and compliance framework
