Key Responsibilities

Lead UX architecture and strategy for enterprise-level applications or platforms. Design and develop scalable UI components using modern frameworks (e.g., React,

Next, Vue).

Engineer for performance and scale Optimize UI rendering, manage application state

effectively, and ensure high responsiveness across large data sets and dynamic views

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and

backend engineers to deliver cohesive user experiences.

Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve

product usability.

Translate complex system capabilities into intuitive, elegant user interactions and

responsive layouts

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design

intent.

Establish and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency

across products.

Mentor junior UX engineers and designers, fostering growth and promoting best

practices.

Stay current with emerging UX trends and technologies, integrating them into

product development.



Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction,

Design, or related field.

12-15 years of experience in UX engineering or front-end development. Expert-level proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript and/or NextJS Hands-on experience building component libraries or contributing to design systems

(e.g., Fluent UI, Material UI, or similar)

Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design

principles.

Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of cross-team

collaboration.

Preferred Experience

Working with AI-driven platforms or data-intensive applications. Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI and integrating UX into analytics environments. * Experience in global or multi-modal product environments
