Key Responsibilities:

Lead and own the end-to-end UX and UI vision across web and mobile products Define, scale, and govern design systems, UX patterns, and UI standards Translate business and product strategy into intuitive, high-impact user experiences Drive user-centered design through research, usability testing, data, and insights Create and oversee wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI Build and validate interactive prototypes using Figma, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript Ensure high-quality, pixel-perfect design implementation with engineering teams Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Leadership to shape roadmaps and features Present, justify, and influence design decisions with clarity and confidence Mentor designers and UI engineers, lead design reviews, and elevate design quality across teams

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Experience Design Proven track record designing and shipping complex web and mobile products Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, including advanced prototyping, variables, and micro-interactions Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, LESS/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6), and responsive design Experience creating interactive prototypes and running user validation sessions Deep understanding of information architecture, visual hierarchy, typography, motion, and accessibility Strong experience building and maintaining component-based design systems Working knowledge of modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, Angular -- preferred) Familiarity with Lottie, Framer Motion, After Effects, or similar motion tools Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills?
