The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: Lead team of Structural Engineers/ Civil engineers for Guide and help team in understanding of the project, design approach, execution of projects Help team in computing calculations, Set up procedures, quality review standards Review and sign off on the final delivery Required Skills (Technical Competency): 20+ Y of experience in as Civil/Structural Engineer. 10+Y of experience in Oil & Gas domain Good knowledge of Codes & Standards Strong technical background in Structural design Deep knowledge of materials and fabrication/construction methodologies Has good exposure to software tools like STAAD Pro, Revit, SACS etc Has good knowledge of various codes and standards Desired Skills: Experience in leadership role
