To deliver design that meets the Technical Marketing requirements concept design to concrete design (performance, cost) Understand NPD requirement wrt. current product design Diesel Engine, Equipment, Application Engineering, Engine Filtration systems, Filtration products Modules, MAF [ ] To deliver design that meets the Technical Marketing requirements concept design to concrete design (performance, cost) Understand NPD requirement wrt. current product design Diesel Engine, Equipment, Application Engineering, Engine Filtration systems, Filtration products Modules, MAF , CCV , Coolants , new technology in filtration, Engineering systems , DVPR , Test Std , NABL Analyze current product design wrt. requirement for limitations and failure modes Identify improvements required to release new design features Product Design, PLM Provide design support to identified RD projects (e.g. like auto drain, blue soak, spiral filter etc.) Product design and RD test standards Provide design support to identified TRIZ projects in design TRIZ, filtration systems, engine applications, engine, trimming, function analysis Advise engineering and marketing prior to design release to have robust designs Standards and specifications for filtration systems, understanding of patents related to design, field failure history and engine applications, DFMEA and DVPR Design Provide technical support to Failure Investigation Team for field complaints resolution Diesel Engine, Equipment, Application Engineering, Engine Filtration systems, Filtration products Modules, new technology in filtration, Engineering systems , DVPR , Test Std, electronic standards (IEC standards), DFEMA Analytical problem solving Identify significant need of OEM Customers for electronic parts in filtration from marketing Diesel Engine, Equipment, Application Engineering, Engine Filtration systems, Filtration products Modules, new technology in filtration, Engineering systems , DVPR , Test Std, electronic standards (IEC standards) Planning, Communication Convert customer s requirements into concept design to proto type development Electronics Product Design Finalize design features with the help of Engineering for product design Validate proto sample for meeting customer s specifications with respect to requirement of standards DVPR, Test Standards for EMI EMC ISO 7637 , ISO 16750, ISO 11452,ISO 10605 (IEC 60068 for environment), electronics PCB design and component selection
