We are looking for an experienced

Senior .NET Developer

to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications. This role involves creating RESTful APIs, implementing multi-tier architectures, and delivering end-to-end solutions using modern Microsoft technologies. You will play a key role in optimizing performance, mentoring team members, and driving innovation through engineering hackathons. Your expertise will ensure robust, maintainable software that meets business needs and enhances user experience in a fast-paced environment.###

Responsibilities

Design and implement multi-tier software using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL Server, and Web API. Create APIs following REST specifications. Participate in requirements reviews and translate business needs into technical solutions. Deliver key modules end-to-end, writing clean, scalable, and testable code using .NET programming languages. Test and deploy applications and systems, ensuring reliability and performance. Revise, update, refactor, and debug code to maintain quality and efficiency. Continuously improve existing software using industry-standard refactoring principles. Develop and maintain documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). Optimize application performance and monitor live site health. Mentor team members and share best practices. Contribute ideas and implementations during engineering hackathons. Collaborate within a fast-paced team providing IT solutions to Condeco business clients.

About You

Minimum 8 years of experience as a .NET Developer. Strong experience with ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (e.g., MVC). Proficiency in C#, Web API, and Angular JS/2/4. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including Continuous Delivery. Minimum 2 years of experience in Azure cloud services and DevOps tools. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices. Practical experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to code quality.
