esponsibilities:
D

esign of Mechanical systems at Railway Stations through all design stages from concept to detailed design. D
esign of HVAC Systems, Stair Pressurization calculations, heat load calculations, review & checking of HVAC designs. P
repare user requirements, technical specifications, design specifications and commissioning plans. P
rovide technical guidance in planning and executing assigned projects. S
upervise and verify the work performed by the designers/ modeller to meet the requirements of the project. L
iaise with UK lead office to Estimate the budget and time associated with the projects within the area of expertise. E
nsure the compatibility of the Mechanical discipline with other disciplines involved in the projects. C
reate a health and motivating work environment and atmosphere. D
evelop a well designed and motivating evaluation program. R
esponsible for overseeing all activities within a team. Manage a team and manage employee development, employee appraisal, and staff development etc. I
dentify team goals, evaluate team progress and resolve conflict Q
ualifications/ Technical Experience (e.g. Areas, Software)

achelor's/master's degree in mechanical /Thermal engineering. E
xperience of 12-18 years' of working with MEP - Mechanical design. Q
ualifications meeting the requirements for Chartership with a UK Engineering Institution. T
he applicant shall have proven experience in the HVAC design of Railway Station Building Services with significant experience in a similar role or demonstration of a good track record. C
arryout heat load calculations, Duct & pipe sizing and pressure drop calculations. C
arryout HVAC Equipment's selection such as Chillers, AHU, FCU, boiler, fans, pumps etc. C
arryout preparation of technical submittals. M
ust have knowledge on software's like AutoCAD, MEP Revit, MicroStation & other drafting software's. A
sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project is essential. E
xperience of associated discipline software (HAP, Hevacomp, IES etc.) M
ust be fluent in English with an excellent understanding of technical terminology. A
pplicants need to be able to demonstrate good management and technical. R
aise the level of technical competence within the teams. I
mplement delivery and quality measurement processes. P
romote technical excellence in all our projects. E
xtensive experience of working within a rail station environment and good working knowledge of Network Rail, TfL & LUL standards. E
xperience of contributing to the mechanical design on multidisciplinary projects and knowledge of rail design assurance processes. G
ood knowledge and understanding of the requirements necessary to develop and progress projects through the early stages of the lifecycle - LUL, GRIP and RIBA. E
xcellent verbal and written communication skills. P
roblem solving and originality. F
