In this strategic enabler role, youll drive the evolution of our developer toolchains, build systems, and CI/CD pipelinesxe2x80x94empowering engineering teams to deliver high-quality software faster and more efficiently.Rather than directly executing all initiatives, youll influence, align, and coordinate cross-functional teams to adopt best practices, modern automation solutions, and scalable workflows. Your impact will be measured by how effectively you enable teams to deliver, not by doing it all yourself. You must have the technical skills and experience to evaluate how we operate today, assess and recommend tooling choices, and coach teams on good practice.Youll partner with DevOps teams, engineering teams, engineering leaders, architects, and security to streamline the end-to-end development experiencexe2x80x94from local dev environments through to production delivery.
