nnovation done in analysis and design of any bridge/structure and developing design as per latest/other codes A

ey Competencies / Skills
M

andatory Skills
A

t least 14 years' experience of working with Bridge design. B
achelors and Masters Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering. E
xcellent communication skills. E
xperience in international standards (AASHTO, AREMA, BS / DMRB & Eurocodes). H
ave experience to work / supervise on Software's like MIDAS, Sta a dpro,ASBD E
xperience to work in/with other cultures for delivery of major infrastructure projects. H
ave respect for deadlines and achieve targeted results whilst working individually as-well-as leading a small group of team members. D

esired Skills
M

iddle East codes guidelines (MOMRA, TR-516, PWA-IANs, Kuwait DMRB etc.) experience is desired A
bility to supervise team to work under pressure without supervision. A
pproaching towards attaining Chartered Engineering M
