Core Responsibilities:

• Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and does ongoing modification of software Responsible for the design, development, testing, documentation and analysis of product components according to project plans and priorities in an agile fashion.
• Interact with internal cross-functional members to better understand system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, replicate, regress and resolve complex field software problems escalated to engineering and developing code fixes or enhancements to be included in future code releases or patches.
• Come up with solutions/implementations to consistently improve product stability, scalability, and performance.
• Proactively identify non-compliance of code against requirements/standards/design and raise defects.
• Work with members in the organization across various time zones.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Prior experience in C++ is a must
• Experienced with multi-threaded programming
• Strong knowledge of C, Java
• Experience developing in windows and Linux
• Demonstrated experience in programming, performance tuning, source control and continuous integration tool
• 1+ years of experience developing code using an Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (exceptional candidates will have 3+ years)
• Experience using Jira/Bitbucket/Jenkins tools
• Experience in AWS or GCP ecosystem
• Exceptional attention to detail,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with SIP or IVR systems
• Experience working with distributed teams
