Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Strong in embedded software development, debugging and customer support preferably on the ARM 32-bit Cortex-M series based MCUs.
• Defining and Implementing Safety Requirements (must have experience on IEC 60730 Class B and IEC 61508 SIL).
• Performing Safety Analyses (FMEA, FTA, and FMEDA) work with R&D team to co-develop FMEDA/FMEA specs for MCUs.
• Developing and Testing Safety-Critical Components (hardware software design, code review & analysis, unit/integration testing.
• Ensure compliance and documentation.
• Work directly with (FuSa) safety certification companies to ensure timely certification on Infineon MCUs.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, or a related discipline.
• 15 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development on microcontrollers.
• They possess deep expertise in both hardware and software aspects of functional safety including IEC 60730 Class B and IEC 61508, with a strong understanding of industry standards and safety-critical system design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and geographical locations.
