Introduction:

This full-time Engineer will be responsible for post silicon characterization, analyze bench and parametric data, debug quality and reliability failures due to design/product/process related issues.

Product Engineers are the key product-specific point of contact for critical issues and yield improvement. Join the team of highly skilled engineers worldwide inventing and continuously improving our systems for testing semiconductors.

Your Job:

Daily monitor yield performance

Perform design of experience (DOE) and split analysis

Check commonality, ET correlation, inline metrology data, defect data, history to understand low yield root cause

Co-work with customer & design team to improve product yield and quality.

Provide routine report and issue report for internal and external update

Good interpersonal and effective communication skill

Strong analytical, presentation & problem-solving skill

Able to perform under fast paced and challenging environment

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

Degree/Master in Electrical/Electronics/Microelectronic/Physics/Materials engineering

3-6 years of relevant experience.

Wafer fabrication/clean room experience preferred.

Hands on Microsoft excel/power point.

Excellent communication skills to be able to interact with global stakeholders.

Language Fluency - English.

Physical Capacity Demands - ability to use a computer.

Preferred Qualifications:

Statistics techniques to do the meaningful analysis of data.

Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and microcontroller design flow.

Knowledge of semiconductor device characterization techniques and equipment.

Experience on automotive microcontrollers yield improvement.
