Qualifications
BS/MS/B Tech/M Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field
13+ years of experience in digital IC design, including technical leadership
Expertise in
flows
Excellent communication and documentation skills with strong stakeholder management
Preferred Skills
Automotive Ethernet (100BASE-T1, 1000BASE-T1), Enterprise Ethernet, or other high-speed serial protocols
Proven track record of delivering IPs, subsystems, and SoCs
Familiarity with advanced verification methodologies (e.g., UVM), design for test, physical synthesis, and layout
Understanding of automotive standards and reliability requirements

Key Responsibilities
Micro-architect, implement, and benchmark digital subsystems for Ethernet MAC, PCS, Base-T PHY, and Digital Front-End (DFE) blocks for automotive PHYs
Integrate analog IPs and collaborate with analog and communication systems teams
Define subsystem-level strategies for clocking, reset, and power management
Conceptualize, propose and support prototyping techniques to deliver first-pass silicon
Ensure system-level integration and validation in compliance with
ISO 26262
and
AEC-Q100
standards
Work closely with
cross-functional stakeholders
to create technical proposals and drive successful outcomes
Collaborate with
executive management
and
program managers
to align design goals with business objectives
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design methodology and flow improvements
