We are now looking for a

Principal Architect / Design Head

to lead our design division and build a team that sets a new benchmark for spiritual spaces globally.

Role Overview

The Principal Architect / Design Head will:

Own the

design vision, language and quality

of all spiritual spaces we create. Lead a team of 2D/3D designers to deliver

concept-to-execution

design packages. Work closely with the founders, sales, production and site teams to ensure every design is

buildable in marble

, emotionally powerful, and on-time. Build a

design department

- systems, standards, training and culture.
This is a

senior leadership role

for someone who wants to shape a category, not just do another job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
