• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor\'s in Civil Engineering followed by 8-12 years+ of experience of CAD works in Roads, Highways, Major Infra projects using Auto CAD/MicroStation tool.
• Good Experience of using Auto CAD/MicroStation tool for Road, infra projects and experience of 3D modelling tasks of Road features, assets.
• BIM level of involvement /detailing of BEP plans for the Road projects/asset tagging/Clash Detection/Clash analysis/3D modeling of Road/Infra components /Guiding the team on BIM levels-carrying out trainings for BIM competencies
• Should be able to work independently on al tasks and guide the teams for successful delivery of project
• Should be able to estimate the works and understand the GDC level of BIM works
• Good Hands-on expertise on Civil 3D/Auto CAD tool for BIM tasks
• Understanding of CDE tools ProjectWise, BIM 360, Bluebeam and other appropriate tools. Should have working experience of projects in GDC platform, worked for UK, ME or Australia, US regions and handled complex projects involving multiple tasks /co-ordination
• Skill levels of AutoCAD/MicroStation need to good for taking up works independently
• Co-ordination of Designs, drawings, self-checks, quality procedures

Qualifications

• Diploma/B. Tech- Civil.
• Good communication skills, and ability to work well independently at times.
• Able to see the \xe2\x80\x9cbigger picture\xe2\x80\x9d and take a birds-eye view of projects
• Confident, with the ability to work either independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
• Accountability for assigned work.
• Accuracy & precision of work.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic and Self-motivated.
• Work well within a multidisciplinary team.
