Job Title : Principal Deliver Manager

Key Responsibilities:



Lead end-to-end delivery of products, platforms, and business processes to drive business outcomes. Develop and manage roadmaps, schedules, and budgets while acting as the primary liaison between globally distributed stakeholders, development teams, and business units. Apply Agile methodologies to track progress, resolve dependencies, and ensure continuous value delivery. Continuously monitor the health and performance of products, platforms, or services to drive improvements, ensure compliance, and optimize operations. Promote transparency by showcasing progress, sharing key metrics, and gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and users. Effectively manage internal teams, external vendors, and technology partners to balance capacity, enhance delivery efficiency, and maintain quality standards. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking to align with business goals. Monitor costs, report financial performance, and provide insights to optimize resource utilization across projects, platforms, or services.


Requisites:
Extensive experience working within complex, globally distributed organizations. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. Proven success in large-scale adoption of Agile, Lean, and project delivery methodologies. Strong ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical execution, maintaining keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders and effectively prioritizing needs. Driven by the challenge of solving complex problems with a strong bias for action. Commercially minded, focused on maximizing business value. * Skilled at leveraging multi-disciplinary squads - including product, design, data, project, software, and enterprise engineering teams - to deliver optimal business outcomes.
