Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership to the college.
Ensure strict compliance with

Oversee curriculum implementation, teaching-learning processes, and academic planning.
Lead accreditation, inspections, and statutory reporting processes.
Promote use of
technology-enabled education
, ERP systems, LMS platforms, and digital governance.
Guide faculty recruitment, performance management, and professional development.
Ensure effective student support systems, discipline, and overall campus administration.
Coordinate with the Management for strategic planning, admissions growth, and institutional branding.
Foster a culture of research, innovation, and quality enhancement.
