Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, RAG Engineer!
In this role, we are looking for candidates who have relevant years of experience in designing and developing machine learning and deep learning system. Who have professional software development experience. Hands on running machine learning tests and experiments. Implementing appropriate AI engineers with GenAI.
Responsibilities
Design and implement RAG models to improve data retrieval and content generation. Experience in most of the RAG techniques,
Document Retrieval
Knowledge Base Augmentation
Contextual Embedding
Feedback Loop Integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems

• Create and refine prompts that guide Gen AI models to produce accurate and relevant outputs. Ensure prompts align with project objectives and user needs.

Good Understanding of LLMs and Gen AI technologies.(Azure Open AI, Lang Chain etc.)

• Work with data scientists and AI developers to fine-tune model parameters based on prompt effectiveness. Implement strategies to improve model responses.
• Experience in OpenAI Playground, Prompt Engineering Libraries, Custom Fine-tuning Services
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) tools
• Experience in ML, Data Science basic and advance techniques

Develop transformative AI/ML solutions to address our clients' business requirements and challenges

• Scale existing AI models into production on a variety of cloud platforms with GenAI

Analysing the use cases of ML algorithms and ranking them by their success probability
Should be excellent with Rasa Framework or any other chatbot interface.
Performing statistical analysis and using results to improve models.
Training and retraining ML systems and models in real-world situations

• Exposure to cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, information technology or BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field
Master's degree is a plus
Analytics and AI tooling - Sagemaker, GenAI
Orchestration - Airflow, Step Functions, Ctrl M etc
Languages and scripting: Python, SQL
Cloud Services - AWS, GCP, Azure and Cloud Native
Ensure GenAI outputs are contextually relevant,
Collaborate with service line teams to design, implement and manage Gen-AI solution
