Senior Developer

We are seeking an experienced

Senior UiPath Developer

with strong

DevOps practices

to design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will lead automation initiatives, enforce best practices, and integrate UiPath with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

RPA Development & Architecture

Design, develop, and maintain

scalable UiPath automations

using

REFramework

and best practices

Lead end-to-end RPA solution design, from requirement analysis to production deployment

Perform code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers

Optimize bot performance, stability, and reusability

Handle exception management, logging, and monitoring strategies

DevOps & Automation Lifecycle

Implement and manage

CI/CD pipelines

for UiPath using tools such as

Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab

Manage

source control (Git)

and branching strategies for RPA projects

Automate build, test, and deployment of UiPath packages to Orchestrator

Configure and maintain

UiPath Orchestrator

(folders, queues, assets, triggers, robots, environments)

Support blue-green deployments, rollback strategies, and release management

Infrastructure & Cloud Integration

Work with

cloud platforms

(Azure/AWS/GCP) for RPA infrastructure

Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, ERP/CRM systems, and third-party tools

Implement secure credential management using

Key Vaults / CyberArk / Orchestrator Assets

Governance, Security & Operations

Define RPA governance, standards, and best practices

Ensure compliance with security, audit, and access control requirements

Monitor production bots, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis

Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and QA teams

Minimum Qualifications

? Strong

hands-on experience with:

UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots

REFramework

and custom frameworks

Queues, Assets, Triggers, and APIs

? DevOps

experience with:

Git (branching, pull requests, code reviews)

CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab)

PowerShell or scripting for automation

? Experience

with SQL / databases

? Understanding

of cloud services and virtual environments

Preferred qualifications

? UiPath

Advanced Developer Certification

? Experience

with

Test Automation (UiPath Test Suite)

? Exposure

to

AI/ML, Document Understanding, or Process Mining

? Experience

with containerization or infrastructure as code
