Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Spiff Developer!

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be integral to the Revenue Operations team, bridging technical development and financial accuracy. This role demands expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Spiff configuration to build robust, scalable solutions that support complex commission structures.
In this role you will be responsible for below:
Responsibilities:

Salesforce Engineering: Design and develop advanced Apex automations, custom UI/UX, and data models tailored for Spiff integration. Spiff Specialist: Translate compensation manuals into technical Spiff logic, manage package integration, and own the end-to-end debugging process for commission calculations Lead analysis, design, development, unit test and deployment on Salesforce platform as part of Agile cadence Build custom solutions on the platform using LWC, Aura, Apex, Visualforce Implement standard Salesforce functionality including sharing rules, roles, profiles, etc. and use standard features including Workflow, Process builder, and flows to create solutions. Execute integration testing with Apex test classes and maintain maximum code coverage. Developing trigger, batch class, and scheduled job by maintaining best coding standards Write Apex using industry standard best practices and design patterns. Maintain expert level knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices to scale implementations. Develop complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems, either through custom API or middleware tools. Work on production incident debugging, analysis, bug fixes, service requests, data loads, minor/major enhancements. Provide business support for critical issues and mentor operations team members.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications / SkillsBS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent work/technical experience. Relevant experience Salesforce development; mastery of Apex and platform best practices. Relevant experience with Spiff implementation/optimization. Deep knowledge of Revenue Ops, Sales Cloud, and integration best practices. DevOps mindset: version control, CI/CD, and rigorous unit testing. Preferred certifications: Platform Developer 1 & 2.

Demonstrable experience designing, and personally building, Lightning pages for enhanced end user experiences. Experience with Salesforce sites and Communities Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST & SOAP API, JSON & XML, etc.) Knowledge of Salesforce platform best practices, coding, design guidelines and governor limits Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize.
