Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Service Now Developer
We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to support business processes and IT operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable and efficient ServiceNow applications.
Responsibilities
1. Software development with significant working experience on ServiceNow application development especially in the ITSM area.
2. Well versed with class hierarchy, Update set hierarchy, data layer, flows, Service Portal, UI Action /policy, ACL's, deployment, Integration, SOAP Service implementation and all client and server-side scripting in best practice in ServiceNow.
3. Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident, Problem, Change Management with knowledge of API integrations with ServiceNow and debugging skills along with good process understanding on ITSM modules.
4. Demonstrated experience designing and developing process-based solutions. Demonstrated experience documenting user case processes and BPM workflows.
5. Should have ServiceNow certification (CSA, CAD).
6. Ability to transform Business Requirement into Business Process. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. End to End experience of ServiceNow based application design and implementation.
8. Hands on experience on Service Operations Workspace.
9. Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communications skills along with demonstrated facilitation skills. Effective and clear communication skills (written, oral and listening), with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner depending on the audience.
