Principal Consultant, SAP!

The Product senior Analyst provides functional and technical expertise on the SAP ECC-Finance, Trinity ERP(SAP), Blackline, High Radius, SAP Payroll, Global Payroll solutions - multiple, Global T&A solutions - multiple, SAP CFIN, BPS Tools, OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle as in charge of design, development, deployment, further evolution and support of Global Applications products to business users, including ITIL Service Delivery process, Deliver Continuous Improvement, Deployment project roles and Service Introduction project roles.

This role will be part of the Global Applications Service Delivery team based

in

various hub sites. Generalist SAP FICO role (more FI than CO) also manages

Hyparchive

document repository (vendor is 'dg'). This role also operates as

Global

Service Lead for SAP Finance, so needs strong service

mgmt

/vendor

mgmt

skills & stakeholder relationship management (I014).

This role supports Invoice-to-Pay (SAP VIM), Travel & Expense (SAP Concur) & Payroll (wide portfolio, none of it is SAP) for APAC. Needs broad tech expertise but specifics on these applications

important, more service management role (I016). OneStream is

main

focus,

others would be valuable. Needs knowledge of integration & data flows (I017)

Responsibilities:

Manage the demand with the business (CIPs, projects, major incidents, special requests), including address Escalation of incidents/requests/problems/demands from business

Involvement on transformational programs/projects to provide functional and technical expertise, collaborating with since the design until go live of products, including Service Introduction role when needed

Service management with 3rd Party vendors based on role model operational excellence, with overall accountability on the metrics for service (SLAs. Availability, performance,

etc

)

Development management with 3Rd Party vendors based on role model development excellence, with overall accountability on metrics for development

Strong collaboration with business to translate business functional requirements into actual practical and working IT solution specifications and assuring high level of satisfaction from the customers

Manage and execute technical design, development and configuration activities for products and services on SAP ECC-Finance, Trinity ERP(SAP), Blackline, High Radius, SAP Payroll, Global Payroll solutions - multiple, Global T&A solutions - multiple, SAP CFIN, BPS Tools, OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle

Identify and develop automation opportunities across the business processes and internal processes

Identify, propose and develop improvements for product and services as part of Problem Management process

Document solutions developed according to the defined rules in place, to assure global supportability

Participate and collaborate on a Community of Practices related to his functional and technical areas

Assist with change management activities, including releases and production slots.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems required.
Knowledge/Experience

in

IT Background
Good communication, especially in English and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manages multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure
Strong SAP ECC-Finance, Trinity ERP(SAP), Blackline, High Radius, SAP Payroll, Global Payroll solutions - multiple, Global T&A solutions - multiple, SAP CFIN, BPS Tools, OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle, preferred on FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Experience on Business areas will be a plus.
Understanding of the business operations processes
Good Experience in SAP ECC-Finance, Trinity ERP(SAP), Blackline, High Radius, SAP Payroll, Global Payroll solutions - multiple, Global T&A solutions - multiple,Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical, and highly commercial solutions.
Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefings & demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
