Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Python with Selenium

As a Business Analyst, you are expected to participate in the various development projects being initiated by our customer's Consumer Risk team as part of their overall multi-year program for modernization and transformation. You will interact with various stakeholders in business and technology to elicit and communicate requirements and to assist in creating or create UAT test cases using Python and Selenium that cover the essential business scenarios/use cases ensuring that the documentation (BRD, FRD, Test scenarios) that you develop follows the organization standards.

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements and develop solutions Articulate requirements in the form BRDs and FRDs and ensure that they are in line with organization standards. Identify major Test scenarios and Prepare the UAT Plan. Create UAT test cases and record the results. Run the Test and Confirm the Acceptance criteria are met. Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and solutions being built are in line with requirements. Ensure transparency about the current state of the project and call out / escalate risks. Maintain JIRAs and any other required documentation for these projects. Hands on testing experience (from writing the script to executing it with proper artifacts) Ability to do basic data and/or logical analysis, as needed. Ability to articulate any issue, succinctly. Attention to detail. Support Project Management for the team. Ability to perform UAT Automation using Python, Selenium, BBD Cucumber framework.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Business Analyst with extensive experience in UAT in the Banking domain with specific exposure to Consumer Risk Management Excellent communications skills (both written and oral) are required as well as the ability to work within a diverse team Banking and Finance (BFSI) domain experience Extensive experience in writing UAT test scenarios Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proficiency in automation testing using Python, Selenium and BBD Cucumber framework.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

SQL - able to write queries to fetch data Working on JIRA Good interpersonal skills Coding skill Construct workflow charts and diagrams - knowledge of MS Visio Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models. Working on Python, selenium automation testing.
