Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - MES Training Leader
We are looking for a highly skilled MES Training Leader to join our Deployment team and help for planning, delivering, and supporting training programs that ensure effective adoption of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) by end users on the shop floor. This includes training operators, supervisors, planners, and quality teams on how to execute and manage digital manufacturing processes within the MES platform.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver role-based MES training for different user groups (e.g., operators, supervisors, planners)
Create and maintain training content: manuals, job aids, video tutorials, FAQs, and simulations
Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-floor training sessions during and after MES rollout
Provide hands-on support during go-live and post-go-live hypercare phase
Customize training materials based on plant processes, product types, and user profiles
Capture user feedback and relay improvement ideas to the MES product/implementation team
Track training attendance, effectiveness, and user readiness
Support training for new hires and refresher courses as part of continuous improvement
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Information Systems, or related field
experience in a manufacturing or digital transformation environment
Hands-on knowledge of MES systems (e.g., GE Proficy, Siemens Opcenter, SAP ME, Rockwell FTPC, etc.)
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to translate technical MES workflows into user-friendly training content
Experience working with shop floor teams and understanding of production processes
Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, LMS (Learning Management System), and digital documentation tools.
Nice to Have
Train-the-Trainer or instructional design certification
Experience in multi-site MES rollouts
Multilingual skills (if training users across regions)
