Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Implementation

We are looking for a Manager , whose objective is to support Management from an operational, project life cycle and service standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Project & Implementation Management

Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-powered OCR and document processing solutions using Microsoft Azure Document Intelligence. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations across AI, engineering, and business teams. Translate business requirements (e.g., AP invoice automation) into technical implementation plans and configuration steps. Oversee model training, testing, and deployment cycles -- ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance. Coordinate integration of Azure AI services with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365) or custom accounting workflows. Ensure security, governance, and compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001) in document data handling. Monitor system performance post-deployment and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a bridge between product, engineering, and customer success teams to drive adoption and satisfaction. Manage deliverables within defined SLA/ Timelines

Agentic AI & Process Automation

Collaborate with AI teams to design and implement Agentic AI capabilities (autonomous agents handling document classification, exception handling, and workflow orchestration). Identify opportunities to automate invoice processing workflows using AI agents integrated with Azure Cognitive Services Define KPIs for model accuracy, processing throughput.

Stakeholder & Change Management

Lead client onboarding, workshops, and training sessions for AP automation processes. Manage change management efforts to transition from manual to AI-driven invoice processing. Report on project metrics, risks, and mitigations to senior leadership and clients.
