About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

ML & Generative AI Engineer

to design, develop and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions with a focus on actuarial s domain. The role involves collaborating closely with the actuarial and technology partners to design and operationalize GenAI tools that enhance business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy

machine learning and GenAI models

for business applications. Collaborate with domain experts to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions. Design and execute proof-of-concepts to demonstrate feasibility and potential impact Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing actuarial workflows and systems Fine-tune and implement

Large Language Models (LLMs)

and generative AI frameworks. Develop pipelines for

model training, evaluation, and deployment

in production environments. Ensure model governance, documentation, and compliance with enterprise standards. Stay abreast of emerging technologies in GenAI, ML Ops, and cloud-based model deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong proficiency in

Python

TensorFlow

,

PyTorch

, or equivalent ML frameworks. Hands-on experience with

LLMs

transformer architectures

, or

generative AI tools

(e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, HuggingFace). Experience with

model deployment

in cloud environments such as

concepts. Exposure to the
