10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
and
minimum 4 end-to-end implementation cycles

Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations across
Core HR
and
Talent Management
modules.
Configure and support Talent modules including:
Goal Management
Performance Management
Career Development
Succession Planning
Talent Review
Work on
either Fusion Learning or Fusion ORC
as an added expertise.
Conduct detailed
business process analysis
, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and provide scalable solution designs.
Engage with business stakeholders, provide functional expertise, and ensure smooth delivery across project phases.
Prepare configuration workbooks, test scripts, user training documents, and support UAT.
Required Skills
10+ years of relevant Fusion HCM experience
Expertise in
Core HR and Talent Management
Minimum 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
Strong solution design, requirement analysis, and documentation capability
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹431,923.64 - ₹1,672,438.09 per year
