Principal Consultant - Fusion HCM Functional (Core HR & Absences)
with a minimum of
12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion or E-Business Suite HCM
and at least
4 end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations
. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise across
Core HR, Absence Management, and ESS/MSS
, along with the ability to write Fast Formulas and design robust functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver
end-to-end implementations
across Core HR, Absences, and ESS/MSS.
Conduct requirement workshops, gather business requirements, and perform fit-gap analysis.
Configure modules including:
Core HR
Absence Types & Plans
Eligibility Profiles
Accrual Plans
ESS/MSS Transactions
Write and review
Fast Formulas
for Absences and HCM requirements.
Prepare solution designs, configuration documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-production activities.
Ensure solution design best practices and adherence to Oracle Cloud methodology.
