We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior ETL and Data Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in ETL processes, data engineering, and cloud data platforms, with a strong background in PLSQL, Snowflake, Fivetran, and DBT. This is a hands-on, technical role where you will design, implement, and manage data pipelines to support data-driven insights and decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Lead and manage a team of PL/SQL developers, Snowflake engineers, and Fivetran & DBT specialists.

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines for efficient data processing.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data workflows and reporting capabilities.
• Mentor and guide team members to improve technical skills and efficiency.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
xc2xb7 experience in ETL development and data engineering.

• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Snowflake, Fivetran, and DBT.
• Experience managing and maintaining large-scale ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based data architectures and tools.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of data professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
xc2xb7 Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Shell Scripting.
