ead and oversee the delivery of complex ecological data analysis and reporting across multiple projects and sectors. P
rovide strategic direction and technical oversight for habitat loss/gain calculations, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessments, and ecological impact evaluations. C
hampion the use of advanced digital tools (e.g., GIS, remote sensing, data visualization platforms) to enhance ecological deliverables. G
uide the development of habitat mitigation and compensation design plans, ensuring alignment with UK legislation and client expectations. R
eview and sign off on high-quality reports including Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEA), BNG assessments, and Nature Conservation (NC) reports. P
rovide expert input on European Protected Species (EPS) investigations and licensing requirements. L
ead quality assurance and peer review processes for technical outputs. M
entor and develop junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration. D
rive internal knowledge sharing initiatives and build strong working relationships across WSP's global ecology network. S
upport business development activities including bid and proposal development. R
epresent WSP in client meetings, technical forums, and industry events as a subject matter expert.
