Key Responsibilities:
Establish the complete preschool setup (infrastructure, curriculum, systems, and processes).
Assist in hiring and building a qualified team of teachers and staff.
Handle school operations, administration, and overall management independently.
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
Manage parent communication, admissions, and school promotions effectively.
Integrate
local and Indian festivals, traditions, and daily cultural practices
into the preschool routine to help children learn basic cultural values.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in preschool/early education.
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
Proven ability to set up and run a preschool or similar institution independently.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
In-depth knowledge of Indian culture, festivals, and rituals
to ensure holistic cultural development of children.
