Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Leadership:
Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum across all grades.
Monitor teaching methodologies and encourage innovation and best practices.
Lead curriculum planning, development, and review processes.
Oversee student assessments, academic tracking, and performance analysis.
2. Administrative & Operational Management:
Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient school functioning.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and statutory guidelines.
Prepare and oversee budgets, schedules, timetables, and resource allocation.
3. Staff Development & Mentoring:
Guide and support teachers in professional growth through workshops, training, and performance feedback.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and motivated team culture.
Conduct regular faculty meetings and ensure timely communication.
4. Student Welfare & Discipline:
Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive school climate.
Ensure proper implementation of discipline policies and pastoral care programs.
Address behavioral or academic concerns of students in coordination with teachers and parents.
5. Parent & Community Engagement:
Maintain regular communication with parents through meetings, events, and newsletters.
Represent the school in community and academic forums.
Build a strong school-home partnership to support student learning and development.
6. Strategic Planning & Vision Building:
Define and implement long-term goals aligned with the school's mission.
Innovate new initiatives to enhance academic and co-curricular excellence.
Conduct regular school performance evaluations and improvement planning.
