Principal

at our CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing academic leadership, administrative direction, and overall management of the school in alignment with CBSE norms and the institution's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership to ensure academic excellence and holistic development of students Oversee day-to-day school operations, administration, and compliance with CBSE regulations Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff Implement curriculum planning, assessment strategies, and quality assurance measures Foster a positive learning environment and strong school culture Liaise effectively with parents, management, CBSE authorities, and other stakeholders Ensure adherence to safety, discipline, and child protection policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Master's Degree in Education or relevant subject (B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory) Minimum

8-10 years of teaching experience

, including

3-5 years in a leadership role

(Vice Principal/Principal) in a CBSE school Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, policies, and NEP guidelines Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in academic planning, staff management, and school administration
