We're Hiring: Principal - NTTC Patna

National Teachers Training College (NTTC), Patna is seeking a dynamic, disciplined, and visionary Principal to lead our academic growth and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong academic leadership and ensure high-quality teaching standards. Take minimum 2 classes per day to stay actively involved in the teaching process. Oversee managerial responsibilities including staff coordination, record management, scheduling, and daily administration. Maintain compliance, documentation, and handle inspections professionally. Strengthen institutional discipline, performance, and overall academic culture. Implement and follow the instructions directed by the Secretary and Managing Committee. Build a collaborative environment between faculty, students, and management.
Required Qualifications

PhD preferred (M.Ed. mandatory from a recognised university). 5-10 years of teaching/administrative experience with leadership exposure. Strong communication, team-handling, and decision-making ability. Understanding of NCTE/UGC norms and teacher-training procedures.
