You will join our High-Rise Buildings Department
As our new BIM Designers - High Rise Structure, you will be part of our global High-Rise department, Ramboll's dedicated team of high-rise experts which have designed over 150 tall building projects globally, including some of the most technically challenging. You would be responsible to coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for 3D BIM / REVIT Modeling in the High-Rise department located at Chennai /Mumbai to support the Middle East office. Ramboll also has offices in Copenhagen, UK and Singapore.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• responsible for concept structural modelling to detailed structural modelling using BIM / Autodesk Revit
• Working closely with Project Managers and team members to instigate, implement and monitor workplans.
• Carry out BIM integration of all BIM sub-models from all disciplines.
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements.
• Determine BIM use for design simulations, analysis, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and designers for Design execution as follows:

• Model review
• Formulate BIM strategy

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalence
• Min. 10+ year of work experience in 3D BIM and REVIT. Dynamo knowledge will be an added advantage
• Experience in implementing the BIM Adoption of different BIM authoring tools and collaboration technology.
• Good knowledge of local/ International building standards
• Proficient with MS Office (Work, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).
• Good leadership, independent, result-oriented, team player and communication skills.
