Responsibilities:

Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the institution. Ensure smooth functioning of academic programs, faculty management, and student services. Implement policies as per UGC, AICTE, PCI, and other regulatory guidelines. Supervise faculty recruitment, development, appraisal, and training. Oversee curriculum planning, academic quality, research activities, and institutional growth. Maintain discipline, encourage a positive learning environment, and address student-related issues. Manage budgets, resources, infrastructure, and compliance documentation. Represent the college in external meetings, inspections, and accreditation processes. Build collaborations with industries, universities, organizations, and stakeholders for institutional development.

Eligibility:

Qualifications and experience

as per UGC, AICTE, and PCI norms

(depending on the institution). Minimum required experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
