Role Overview

Lead academic, administrative, and strategic initiatives at a women-only teacher education institution. Your focus will be on upholding quality, compliance, and student well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Provide academic and administrative leadership tailored to a female student body. Design, review, and implement curriculum that meets NCTE and accreditation standards. Supervise faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies. Oversee daily operations--budgeting, infrastructure, student services. Promote safe and supportive campus environment sensitive to girls' needs. Build partnerships with schools, alumnae, and community stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

M.Ed and B.Ed (minimum 55% marks each) Additional master's degree (e.g., Arts, Science) Ph.D. in Education preferred

Experience:

Minimum 10 years teaching in teacher education. Leadership or administrative experience desirable

Skills:

Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of accreditation, quality assurance, and educational regulations
