Principal
. The ideal candidate will be a visionary academic leader with a strong background in teacher education, research, and administration. The Principal will be responsible for providing academic and administrative leadership to uphold the standards of excellence in teacher education programs (B.Ed).
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and overall academic and administrative management of the college.
Ensure compliance with NCTE, University, and State Government regulations.
Supervise faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation processes.
Oversee the design and implementation of B.Ed curriculum and academic activities.
Promote quality teaching, learning, and research culture.
Manage student admissions, welfare, and disciplinary processes.
Maintain liaison with affiliating university, NCTE, and education authorities.
Prepare and manage institutional budgets and resources effectively.
Organize seminars, workshops, and community outreach programs.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment.
Qualifications
As per
NCTE/University/UGC norms
:
Postgraduate degree
in a relevant school subject (with minimum 55% marks).
M.Ed.
degree with at least 55% marks.
Ph.D. in Education
or an allied discipline is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of teaching experience
in a teacher education institution, including at least 5 years in administrative/leadership roles.
Demonstrated experience in academic leadership, research, and institutional development.

Pay: ?42,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
