Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh

Educational Qualification:

- Master of Optometry/ M.Sc. (Optometry)/PhD in Optometry

Experience:-

Minimum 10 years of academic experience

- Proven academic contribution with at least 2 publications

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide visionary academic leadership to the Institute

- Oversee curriculum development and academic planning

- Guide faculty, ensure quality teaching, and promote a strong research culture

- Maintain academic standards aligned with regulatory and accreditation norms

- Foster a student-centric and outcome-based learning environment

- Deliver lectures and actively participate in academic teaching activities

- Establish effective communication and coordination with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University and the Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty

- Ensure continuous improvement of academic processes, teaching methodologies, and institutional performance

- Promote faculty development through training, mentorship, and performance evaluation

- Monitor academic compliance, examinations, and assessment systems

- Strengthen industry, clinical, and academic partnerships for enhanced learning opportunities

- Encourage innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and academic excellence

- Oversee academic administration, including timetables, faculty allocation, and academic audits

- Facilitate student support services, including academic counselling and grievance redressal
