Primary skills((Must Have Skill / Top 3 Skills):

• Extensive experience in Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and Microsoft Intune across large and mid-sized enterprise environments, including:
• Design, implementation, and ongoing management of UEM platforms.
• Creation of complex, customized security policies tailored to dynamic customer environments and evolving security postures.
• Development of audit-ready documentation, compliance frameworks, and operational playbooks.
• Hands-on leadership in vulnerability remediation across diverse endpoint ecosystems:
• Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoints.
• Windows and Linux server environments.
• Integration of remediation workflows with SIEM/SOAR platforms and compliance dashboards.
• Established and governed patch compliance processes for enterprise-scale environments:
• Designed automated patching workflows and exception handling.
• Built real-time compliance reporting and tracking mechanisms.
• Ensured alignment with internal audit, regulatory, and SLA requirements.

Additional technical skill sets in PowerShell and Python scripting, enabling automation, reporting, and advanced troubleshooting--considered a strong advantage
