Role Summary
The SAP AMS Solution Architect is responsible for designing endtoend support solutions for SAP landscapes ECCS4HANA ensuring they are scalable costeffective and aligned with customer business needs The role involves working closely with sales delivery and presales teams to shape compelling AMS value proposition define service models estimate workloads identify risks and ensure delivery readiness during transitions and steady state
This is a customerfacing leadership role requiring AMS service design expertise commercial understanding and excellent communication skills
