Job Summary

The Principal Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced AI solutions focusing on Agentic AI and GenAI Basics. With a hybrid work model the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in the Process Manufacturing Industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of AI technologies and industry-specific challenges.

Lead the design and development of AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency in the Process Manufacturing Industry. Oversee the integration of Agentic AI and GenAI Basics into existing systems to optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address industry-specific challenges using AI technologies. Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of AI projects. Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and applying them to industry needs. Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices for AI solutions. Ensure that AI solutions are scalable secure and aligned with business objectives. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementations and recommend improvements. Mentor and support team members in developing their AI skills and knowledge. Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Agentic AI and GenAI Basics with a proven track record of successful implementations. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Process Manufacturing Industry and its unique challenges. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Show proficiency in designing scalable and secure AI architectures. Have excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
