Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and strategic planning for complex projects Manage full project lifecycle from concept development to execution Collaborate with engineering, construction, and stakeholder teams Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations Develop innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions Review and approve technical drawings and design documentation Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and design teams Coordinate with external consultants and contractors

Required Skills:

Proven experience in managing large-scale architectural projects Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and design tools Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM software Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
