Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural concepts, master planning, and design strategies aligned with project feasibility and business goals

Prepare, review, and approve schematic designs, design development drawings, and GFC drawings

Ensure compliance with BBMP, BDA, BMRDA, DTCP, RERA, NBC, Fire, Environmental, and Airport Authority norms

Lead approval processes including sanction drawings, authority submissions, and liaison coordination

Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, fire, landscape, interior, and external consultants

Provide architectural guidance and issue resolutions during construction and site execution

Review drawings for constructability, quality standards, material specifications, and cost optimization

Conduct regular design review meetings and site visits

Manage timelines for design deliverables and approvals

Ensure standardization of drawings and design documentation across projects

Mentor and manage in-house architects, draftsmen, and junior designers

Support management with presentations, feasibility studies, and value engineering proposals

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in residential, commercial, plotted, and apartment projects

Excellent knowledge of Bangalore local bylaws and approval processes

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, MS Office

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

Registered with Council of Architecture (COA)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
