What we\'re looking for

Ideally you have demonstrated an excellent track record by transforming technical requirements into fully functioning, envisioning the end result based on customer needs and identifying opportunities to optimize the solution. You should be technically savvy, self-driven and detail-oriented. We\'re looking for Principal Engineer who thrive in an agile, collaborative, global company, who would love to work with the best in class technology team and strive to unlearn and learn new things every day, and bring strong software development experience to the table to go above and beyond client expectations and successfully finish projects adhering to timelines.

Role Responsibilities:

You\'ll join a smart group of engineers who build and manage the low code no-code platform. We\'re passionate about scalable and highly reusable systems - just like you! You\'ll apply your experience with technologies to construct distributed, large-scale services that provide building blocks and services to the low code no code platform. This includes rearchitecting the existing monolith system to Microservices architecture and taking the platform to the next level.

Other things you\'ll be responsible for are:

• Design and implementation of the backend system of the low code no-code platform for the field services
• Leading and communicating across multiple projects and align with leadership and customer facing teams
• Coaching and mentoring other engineers on the team to ensure that all software utilizes the best practices for modern scalable architecture.
• Collaborate efficiently with product management, technical program management, operations, and other engineering teams to capture requirements, drive design, architecture and implementation, provide process improvement and execution transparency

Role Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven track record in architecting and building scalable, distributed server side

products * Strong programming skills in Java, or other object-oriented languages, and a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, databases, etc.)

• Expert level knowledge of various storage platforms: Sql, NoSQL, Kafka, Key Value Store and building the data access layer and application for the underlying complex data platforms
• Expert level knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Rest APIs and GraphQL services
• Experience using source control systems, docker, containers, kubernetes, ansible, terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in managing a team of junior and senior developers.
• Proven ability to work in a fast moving environment.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams from products, solutions and business. This includes working with the senior leadership team
• Sound knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
• Work on performance issues, memory leakage, load sharing
• Push boundaries and infuse the organization with modern technology and mindsets
