Your Role: To support our rapidly expanding business, we have an incredible opportunity to standardize GTM systems to improve delivery velocity, quality, and user and customer experience. The Principal GTM Architect is responsible for setting the Technology Strategy for the Company's GTM IT Systems and delivering critical solutions. This role will collaborate with Business, IT Applications, Data and Analytics, and IT Infrastructure and InfoSec teams to ensure the GTM Technology strategy and implementations add value to the business. This role will report to the Vice President of IT Enterprise Architecture. Your impact:

• Focus on leveraging the Salesforce platform for GTM and touch points with downstream SAP ERP and other business systems
• Develop reference and application architecture standards and guidelines based on industry best practices
• Research and lead proof of concept to assess and build new capabilities on the Salesforce platform
• Work closely with Business process architects, IT Product managers, Business System Analysis, and delivery teams to architect technology solutions to meet business requirements.
• Define the Salesforce domain strategy, governance, and critical development process
• Partner with onsite and offshore IT teams and business teams to support and adoption of the strategy and vision
• Establish effective CICD practices to drive delivery quality and velocity
• Provide support to the project teams

Qualifications

• 
  BE/Btech degree or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or information technology; Master's degree a plus
• 15 years of progressive experience in Enterprise IT; 10 years experience in designing and implementing Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Billing
• Experience as a Technical SME in the strategic initiates to grow the Salesforce platform
• Solution design in heterogeneous environments with Salesforce, SAP, other off-the-shelf SaaS applications, and home-grown applications
• TOGAF Certified or Equivalent. Certified Data Management Professional or Equivalent is desirable.
