Position/ Title: AI Solution Architect

Location: Offshore \xe2\x80\x93 Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune

We are looking for a technically savvy and business-minded solutions architect to deeply partner with our most strategic and high-impact platform customers, guiding them through application ideation, development, delivery, and scale to accelerate and maximize the value of what they build with our platform. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, contribute to cutting-edge technologies, and make a significant impact on our company\'s success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of and provide hands-on technical leadership in the delivery of proofs-of-concept or proofs-of-architecture for our customers.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with application engineers, product managers, and data scientists to deliver solutions that solve real-world problems.

• Deeply embedded with our most strategic platform customers, serving as their technical thought partner in ideating and building novel applications on our API.
• Proactively provide guidance to our customers on how to maximize business impact from their applications, accelerating their time to value.
• Forge and manage relationships with our customers\xe2\x80\x99 leadership and stakeholders to ensure their application\xe2\x80\x99s successful deployment and scale.
• Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources.

\xc2\xb7 Scale the Solutions Architect function through sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, and publishing notebooks to our internal and external repositories.

\xc2\xb7 Validate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to the Product and Research teams.

Technical Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Must have:

\xc2\xb7 AI Solution Architects are data and analytics professionals with at least 5 years of experience with knowledge of Transformer (and other Deep Learning) Architectures, data lake architectures, data integration, and data governance, and at least 2 years of experience with cloud-based AI/ML technologies (such as tools from AWS, Azure, Google, HuggingFace, OpenAI and Databricks) building ML or applied AI solutions.

\xc2\xb7 A passion for Generative AI, and an understanding of strengths and weaknesses of Generative LLM\'s.

\xc2\xb7 Fundamental knowledge of ML, and basic knowledge of AI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLM).

\xc2\xb7 Comfortable working with Python and Jupyter Notebooks.

\xc2\xb7 Should have in-depth knowledge and familiarity with cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft Azure.

Technical Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Good to have:

\xc2\xb7 Expertise in any one framework (TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keras).

\xc2\xb7 Experience in a statistical programming language (e.g. R or Python) and applied machine learning and AI techniques (i.e computer vision, deep learning, conversational AI, and natural language processing frameworks.)

\xc2\xb7 Experience with Transforms Architecture Design, specializing LLM (Zero/Few Shot Training) or any POC to create SML.

\xc2\xb7 Expertise in optimizing AI solutions for runtime cost.

\xc2\xb7 Expertise in conversational system architecture.

\xc2\xb7 Extensive knowledge on API\xe2\x80\x99s & Integrations, Patterns.

\xc2\xb7 Extensive knowledge of big data technologies.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on Statistical Methods.

Other Skills We\xe2\x80\x99d Appreciate:

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of NLP engines, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning frameworks etc.

Education Qualification:

\xc2\xb7 Graduate in Engineering OR master\xe2\x80\x99s in computer applications.

Process Skills:

\xc2\xb7 General SDLC processes

\xc2\xb7 Understanding of utilizing Agile and Scrum software development methodologies

\xc2\xb7 Skill in gathering and documenting user requirements and writing technical specifications.

Behavioral Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Good Attitude and Quick learner.

\xc2\xb7 Well-developed design, analytical & problem-solving skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong oral and written communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams.

\xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal management supervision.

Certification:

\xc2\xb7 Having Machine Learning or AI certifications would be an added advantage.
